Howdens in Ringwood have supplied a wonderful kitchen very pleased with the customer care, delivery everything went really well and then sadly we move on to the howdens quartz department my quartz is absolutely awful, dreadful in fact it looks like I’ve paid £5000 for a bad jigsaw puzzle! I refused to sign off on the job and am still discussing the way forward, the excuses ‘Frankie’ comes up with are incredible, there are no excuses for bad work……..and the problem goes on and on with no solution…

Skipton Howden's FAB-U-LOUS
EMAIL TO THE HOWDEN'S DESIGNER RICKY; WOOHOO the kitchen is now completely finished and looking stunning! I LOVE IT!!! The transformation is even more impressive than I had expected (see pics) and my tiny space looks bigger and so stylish. THANKYOU for your initial advice and your enduring patience with my many changes of mind. I have already been recommending Skipton Howden's to all my friends and neighbours and saying how brilliant you were. You were all so helpful from my first visit to the showroom (which I hadn't booked) to completion of the project. Chris the joiner was also brilliant (and so funny 🤣) and did a great job. I left him, and his mate Joe, to it while I went away for the week. I returned to my beautiful new kitchen. Chris then did the (gorgeous pink - yes really!) tiles and bits of finishing off this week. I particularly love the teeny handmade fuse box cupboard! Just a couple of very minor points for Howden's to consider; firstly, the wine racks are not quite long enough for standard bottles and they stick out! Secondly, the old fridge/freezer (not Chris's fault) was tricky to get rid of (I had to pay for it to be taken away), maybe Howden's could have a system for assisting with this? I will be contacting your HO to make the above points, but mostly to express my gratitude to you (Ricky), the friendly and professional Skipton team (Alisha especially!) and to Chris, as one of your listed joiners. The staff at the Penrith branch were…
The staff at the Penrith branch were very professional and friendly. The depot manager was efficient and provided good advice throughout the planning process. She also provided us with a superb team of fitters for the project. There was only one small problem namely a faulty tap and this was dealt with quickly and fairly under the guarantee process. Outstanding Service from Raj Raju at Howdens Hounslow
I had the pleasure of dealing with Raj Raju at Howdens in Hounslow, and I can honestly say the service was top-notch. Raj was incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, making the whole account setup process completely hassle-free. He guided me through every step with ease and even let me choose a joining gift, which was a thoughtful touch. Raj introduced me to his colleague Jay, and together they made me feel like a valued customer from start to finish. While I was completing the paperwork, I was offered a drink of my choice, which was such a nice gesture that made the experience feel even more personal and comfortable. When it was time to leave, Raj made sure to let me know that I could stop by anytime for tea or coffee, which just shows the level of care and attention they give to their customers. This is what A-class service is all about — friendly, professional, and truly making you feel at home. Highly recommended!

Had a new kitchen and appliances from the fengate branch Peterborough we had martyn come out and measured up and sorted out the kitchen all the way through the process nothing was to much trouble as we changed the kitchen about and appliances during the process also changed a couple of items went in the fengate branch and no problem at all very friendly and fast service would recommend howdens especially the branch we dealt with at fengate Peterborough
